今日の２年普通科・家政科のベイシスでは、国際NGOプランジャパンを通じて支援しているバングラデシュの女の子、Nadiaさんに手紙を書きました。
Nadiaさんとの交流は今年で４年目。文化祭の売り上げ金からプランジャパンに寄付したお金が、Nadiaさんの暮らすコミュニティの教育環境などの改善に使われています。先輩から活動を引き継いだ２年生が、今回初めて手紙を送ります。
Hello, We are a group of 2-year students who go to Taisei Girls High Schoool. In Japan, there are many traditional events. We will introduce some of them. On New Year’s Day, we eat a dish called Osechi. Osechi is a Japanese dish we eat to celebrate the new year. On February third, we have an event where we scatter soybeans in the house. We do this to scare away the Japanese Devil which is called Oni. Do you have any traditional events in your country? If you do, please tell about it in your letter sometime.
